This website and online store (www.adeeldistribution.com) is operated by Adeel Distribution et Importation ("ADI", "we"), a sole proprietorship established in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We distribute LaserCap hair devices (LaserCap SD, LaserCap HD, and LaserCap HD+), manufactured by the LaserCap company in the United States. We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information or prices without prior notice.

4. Important Health Notice

The LaserCap is a phototherapy device (low-intensity laser light) intended for hair wellness. The information provided on our store is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The LaserCap is not a substitute for a medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. 5. Orders and Prices

• All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; we will notify you if a product is not available.

Payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments and/or enabled payment gateways. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, and the product warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer LaserCap. These policies are an integral part of these terms.

The content of the store (texts, logos, images, layout) is protected. The trademarks "LaserCap" and product names belong to their respective owner and are used for authorized distribution purposes. You may not reproduce our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ADI cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the store or the products. Nothing herein is intended to limit the rights guaranteed to you by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any other public order law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
