Adeel Distribution et Importation ("ADI", "we", "our") is a sole proprietorship based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, NEQ 2278397932. We operate an online store (www.adeeldistribution.com) that distributes LaserCap hair devices (LaserCap SD, LaserCap HD, and LaserCap HD+ models). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and what your rights are. It complies with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector ("Bill 25") and applicable Canadian laws.

Information we collect

We do not knowingly collect health information. LaserCap is a hair wellness product; we do not ask for any diagnosis or medical records to process an order.

Disclosure to third parties

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with partners necessary for the fulfillment of your order:

• LaserCap (supplier and shipper, United States): we transmit your name, address, and order details so that LaserCap can ship the product directly and provide customs documentation.
• Shopify (e-commerce platform, Canada/United States): hosts the store and processes payments.
• Carriers and customs services: for delivery and customs clearance.
• Authorities: when required by law.

Transfer of information outside Quebec

As LaserCap is located in the United States and some Shopify services are hosted outside Quebec, your information may be processed or stored outside the province. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than Quebec. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information receives adequate protection there.

Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We then securely destroy or anonymize it.

2. Terms of Use

1. About Us

This website and online store www.adeeldistribution.com is operated by Adeel Distribution et Importation ("ADI", "we"), a sole proprietorship established in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. By accessing our store or making a purchase, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be of the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (18 years old in Quebec) to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Our Products

We distribute LaserCap hair devices (LaserCap SD, LaserCap HD, and LaserCap HD+), manufactured by LaserCap in the United States. We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information or prices without prior notice.

4. Important Health Notice

The LaserCap is a phototherapy device (low-level laser light) intended for hair wellness. The information provided on our store is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The LaserCap does not replace a consultation, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Results may vary from person to person. Before using the product, consult a healthcare professional if you have a particular condition, and carefully read the instructions for use and manufacturer's warnings. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you use the product at your own risk.

5. Orders and Prices

• An order constitutes an offer to purchase that we may accept or refuse. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or out of stock) and, if so, we will refund you.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or activated payment gateways. By providing a payment method, you declare that you are authorized to use it.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, and the product warranty is provided directly by the LaserCap manufacturer. These policies are an integral part of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the store (texts, logos, images, layout) is protected. The trademarks "LaserCap" and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for authorized distribution purposes. You may not reproduce our content without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ADI cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit the rights guaranteed to you by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any other public order law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LaserCap. Here's how cancellations, returns, and warranty work.

Cancellation before shipment

As your LaserCap is shipped directly by the manufacturer from the United States, please contact us as soon as possible at adeel.distribution@gmail.com if you wish to cancel an order. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and the return conditions below apply.

Returns

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of the product, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• the request is made within 30 days of receipt;
• the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation;
• the return has been pre-authorized by us. Please write to adeel.distribution@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization before returning anything.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of a defect covered by the warranty (see below) or when required by law. Return shipping costs (shipping and, if applicable, customs) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (generally 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of an error on our part.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect product

Inspect your package upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days at adeel.distribution@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will coordinate replacement, repair, or refund, at no cost to you.

LaserCap Manufacturer's Warranty

Each LaserCap is covered by the LaserCap manufacturer's warranty. To take advantage of it, we invite you to complete the warranty form upon receipt of your device. Any warranty claims (failure after use, etc.) are handled directly by LaserCap:

We are happy to assist you in facilitating the process, but the terms, duration, and execution of the warranty are the responsibility of LaserCap.

Your Rights

4. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it is transmitted to the LaserCap manufacturer, who ships the product directly from the United States to the address you provided. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address.

Service Regions

We ship throughout Canada. Deliveries to the United States may be possible upon request; please write to us at adeel.distribution@gmail.com before ordering to confirm availability and fees.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, and your region. An estimated timeframe will be provided during processing, but this is not a guarantee. The package may sometimes be held for a few days at the customs clearance point (Woodbridge, Ontario). No action is required from you: LaserCap provides all necessary customs documentation.

Tracking

As soon as your LaserCap is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email allowing you to follow its journey and know the estimated delivery date.

Signature Required

A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the package, or follow the carrier's instructions to reschedule delivery or pick-up.

Customs Duties and Taxes

As the product is shipped from the United States, customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may apply. LaserCap is responsible for providing customs documentation and paying the fees. If additional fees apply upon delivery, they will be communicated to you; please write to us at adeel.distribution@gmail.com for any questions.

Lost or Damaged Package

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at adeel.distribution@gmail.com with your order number (and photos in case of damage). We will follow up with the carrier and LaserCap to find a solution.

Warranty

Remember to complete the LaserCap warranty form upon receipt of your device to activate your coverage. See the Refund Policy for details.
