Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it is forwarded to the manufacturer LaserCap, which ships the product directly from the United States to the address you provided. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address.

Regions Served

We ship everywhere in Canada. Deliveries to the United States may be possible upon request; email us at adeel.distribution@gmail.com before ordering to confirm availability and costs.

Delivery Times

Times vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, and your region. An estimated timeframe is provided during processing, but this is not a guarantee. The package may sometimes be held for a few days at the customs clearance point (Woodbridge, Ontario). No intervention is required from you: LaserCap provides all necessary customs documentation.

Tracking

As soon as your LaserCap is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email allowing you to follow its journey and know the estimated delivery date.

Signature Required

A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the package, or follow the carrier's instructions to reschedule delivery or pick-up.

Customs Duties and Taxes

As the product is shipped from the United States, duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply. LaserCap handles providing customs documentation. If additional charges apply upon delivery, you will be notified; please email us at adeel.distribution@gmail.com with any questions.

Lost or Damaged Package

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at adeel.distribution@gmail.com with your order number (and photos in case of damage). We will follow up with the carrier and LaserCap to find a solution.
